Photography has always been my passion and my hobby. I have been taking pictures since the early 80's. Back then it was the good old 35mm film camera. Now that the digital age is here and the CMOS full frame sensors are around it’s all about high megabytes and photo editing. These days, with the proliferation of cheap digital cameras, it seems as if everyone is “professional” photographer. If only that were true! I my experience - along with the stories I hear - has shown us that a good camera makes no one anymore a great professional than a great paint brush makes no one a great artist. Want to know if someone know about photography. Talk to them about lighting. Lighting knowledge separates the amateurs from the pros. I would love to have a conversation about lighting with you.
I have been working with digital editing software for quite a while now. I have logged many hours honing my skills as a digital editor. It really is amazing what someone with the right skills can do to a digital photograph using the correct software. The key to good editing is not to “over edit” a picture. One must look at the end product and believe it to be just a great picture and a beautiful subject.
As you can see by my style of photography, I shoot mainly towards the "adult" side of the spectrum. This type of photography has been categorized as Boudoir Photography or Fantasy Portraits. I am very much a people person and enjoy taking pictures of people in all there many moods and personalities. Everyone is beautiful in their own way. Some just need more help than other finding that beauty. That is where a skilled photographer comes in. I try to bring this inner beauty out in my photos. I always speak to client in depth to determine what they want out of there photo session. I help them pick out the right outfit, background and props for their vision. With this all this in mind I assist a client in getting the most out of every frame I shoot. I make all my clients feel like they are special and show them that being in front of the camera can be a lot of fun. See you on that side!
